Eliminating Fibromyalgia
Vlog: Listen
In order to talk about curing a disease, it is logical that this can only be achieved by treating the underlying cause of the condition. Surprisingly, fibromyalgia is considered a condition that has no known cause, and a condition that is incurable. Unfortunately, we have a medical system that concentrates on treating symptoms, often with extremely toxic medications. In case of fibromyalgia, the drug Lyrica comes to mind and fits comfortably into the category of a toxic medication.
It most often comes under the auspices of rheumatologists, even though it is not an inflammatory condition. It is often felt to be an autoimmune disorder – it is not. The makers of Lyrica attribute the pain to be caused by overstimulated nerve endings, which is also incorrect.
So the question arises, how is it that a condition as common and also as devastating as fibromyalgia remains such a mystery to the medical community?
Is it possibly related to the fact that doctors are purposely not taught about the causation of illness during their training? I mention this because the fact is that drug companies heavily influence what doctors learn during their training. Understandably, it is of no benefit to these companies for doctors to actually cure illnesses, which of course leads to a decrease in the need for medications.
Along these lines, physicians have been brain-washed into only accepting the truth provided by double blind studies performed by drug companies – which is referred to as “evidence-based medicine”.
These are studies that are fraught with opportunities to manipulate outcomes. Prior to this way of doing things, medicine had progressed with the concept of “observational-based medicine”. Doctors would observe how various treatment modalities affected their patients – and learned from it. Unfortunately, observational based medicine has been denigrated as simply being anecdotal, and thereby worthless.
The only situation that creates a buildup of lactic acid is persistent muscle tension over a certain amount of time. There are a number of factors that can lead to muscle tension, but the one we will be focusing on is internationalization of anger. Anger, as most people realize, can be an extremely powerful emotion. If people do not allow it to be released, it will be internalized and create a situation where there is persistent muscle tension creating this buildup of lactic acid.
As many people are aware, adrenaline is known as the fight-or-flight hormone. It is an extremely powerful hormone, certainly capable of creating intense anger such as “road rage.” Tension of the muscles compresses small veins called venules as well as lymphatic vessels that both function to remove lactic acid from muscles. This creates a situation where the lactic acid is continuously building up, and is not able to be drained.
The persistent tensing of muscles is responsible for the constant fatigue that fibromyalgia patients complain of. Muscle tension is also responsible for other symptoms associated with this condition, such as TMJ, the grinding of teeth, tinnitus, and occipital neuritis (a headache often confused with migraine headaches because of its severity, with pain radiating from the base of the skull into the back of the eye).
I have seen hundreds of patients who have had fibromyalgia, and never failed to eliminate it within three days to three weeks.
I have explained to patients who do have fibromyalgia that if they have chronic pain, this is the best condition to have since it is the easiest chronic pain condition to eliminate. And yet, every article written about this condition says that it is incurable and has no known cause.
To understand the rationale behind how I have treated patients, I would strongly encourage you to read one of my books, especially the one called “Adrenaline Dominance” available on my website and Amazon. It is also available in kindle format on Amazon.

Why has the comment from Mahesh not been answered? I too have fibromyalgia and is now confused it did not work for this patient for six months??
The cream is used to block adrenaline. More importantly, it is necessary to lower adrenaline levels as well by providing the brain with the two fuels it requires:
glucose from vegetables and ketones from MCT and coconut oil. If you are eating correctly and using the cream and are not noticing improvement, I would ask
that you call me (760-836-3232) to make an apt to discuss the possibility that your pains are not due to fibromyalgia.
Have fibromyalgia. Read your book and began using progesterone topical cream (5%) at 50 grams thrice a day. Tried using it at the forearms, the neck…it’s been six months. No improvement. Still at it. Any other suggestions?
