I take bioidentical hormones I used your progesterone cream which is great but my bioidentical estrogen has 0.02 mg of estriol and 0.03 mg of estradiol if I want to get further prescriptions can I just take out the estradiol and just do estriol cream and how much milligrams would you recommend per day thank you
